Submitting your custom artwork for Laser Engraved and UV Full Color Drinkware is very easy. 

  • Submit your artwork directly from the Product Order Page, or
  • E-mail us your artwork after ordering.

If you don’t have a logo, aren’t sure your artwork is correct, or don’t know which decoration method to choose — we’re happy to help.

You can:

  • Upload the artwork you have (even if it’s not perfect) when submitting your order, or

  • Send your file or question to info@swagsynergy.com

  • Ask us to help clean up or create a simple logo or graphic for you

If your artwork needs minor adjustments (sizing, cleanup, or format changes), we’ll take care of it at no additional charge. If more extensive design work is required, we’ll contact you before moving forward.

Laser Engraving Artwork Requirements

Laser engraving creates a permanent, etched mark by removing material from the surface of the drinkware. Because of this process, laser engraving does not support color or photographs.

What Works for Laser Engraving

  • Black & white artwork only

  • Simple logos, icons, or text

  • High-contrast designs

  • Clean, easy-to-read artwork

Accepted file types

  • SVG (preferred)

  • AI

  • EPS

  • PDF

  • PNG (black & white only)

  • JPG (black & white only)

What Does NOT Work for Laser Engraving Drinkware

  • Color artwork

  • Photographs

  • Gradients or shading

  • Gray tones

  • Highly detailed or textured images

Important:
If your logo is currently in color, it may still work for laser engraving once converted to black and white. If you’re unsure how to do this, upload your file anyway and we’ll take a look.

Full Color UV Printing Artwork Requirements

UV printing allows for full-color, high-detail designs and is ideal for logos, graphics, and photos. The design is printed directly onto the surface using UV-cured inks.

What Works for UV Printing

  • Full-color logos

  • Photographs

  • Graphics with gradients or shading

  • Detailed or complex artwork

Accepted file types

  • PNG (preferred)

  • JPG

  • PDF

  • AI

  • EPS

  • SVG

For best results

  • High-resolution files (300 DPI recommended)

  • Transparent backgrounds when possible

  • Artwork sized as large as available

Proof & Approval Process

After you place your order and upload your artwork:

  1. We review your file for compatibility

  2. A digital mockup is created if needed

  3. You’ll have the opportunity to approve the design

Production does not begin until artwork approval is complete.
